New Jersey Welcomes Motion Seats to Movie Theater

D-BOX Technologies, the makers of the motion seat, have recently announced that an East Brunswick movie theater will be the first in NJ to install the motion seats which move in sync with the action which is being visualized. The Mega Movie Theater on route 18 will have 26 of the seats available starting Friday, for the viewing of the movie “TRON: Legacy.”

Vice president of marketing for D-BOX Guy Marcoux explained that “The D-BOX experience offers moviegoers a new, immersible way to view movies. These motion effects are subtle and refined sensations that move seats in perfect sync with the action onscreen. There’s even the option to adjust the individual motion seat, allowing moviegoers to modify the amount of motion during the experience.”
