The girls were inspired to create this, since they both know people with skin cancer.  It is thus now their hope that the bracelet will prevent others from going through the same ordeal. 

The Exposure Band has a UV monitoring face that, because of UV reactive materials, changes from white to bright yellow to alert the user when additional sunscreen need be applied.  Made from soft plastic with a resin face, it comes in seven colors and is suitable for both children and adults.
