{Step 1} Discovery - In this initial stage of starting a new project, all relevant information needs to be acquired from the client before beginning the planning or production process. We rely exclusively on our Request for Proposal questionnaire (RFP) to initiate this dialogue with a new client as the first stepping stone. {Step 2} Defining the Project - After all relevant information is gathered from the client, we work to define the key elements of your project to determine goals, logistics and production variables. 1. Content Management, Copy / Writing - Exactly what content is to be incorporated to develop your application? Is the content developed to its full potential? 2. Logistics, Long-Term Goals and Support - We will define any technical considerations that your project may require. Digital printing, marketing, logistics, additional production, ongoing support, development or consultation. 3. The Deliverable - The client and SeeMore Media will agree upon the product to be delivered. Based upon the RFP questionnaire, dialogue between the client and content gathered for the project, a formal agreement will be made by both parties. 4. Budget Considerations and Documentation - Based upon the agreed application to be developed a budget and contract will be drawn up. Any deadline requirements will also be defined within this documentation.
{Step 3} Research, Planning & Production - We will begin our development process by thoroughly studying your provided materials and performing additional research as needed. Both electronic and traditional moch-ups, sketches and/or models will be produced, keeping both the creative ideas of our team and yourself close to the core of our development process. {Step 4} Production, the Deliverable and Publishing - After all preliminary design work and process has reached its fullest potential, the client will be provided with project deliverables. These include source artwork, as well as print and web ready digital files on demand for publishing. 1. Publishing - We provide for Digital Printing services for SeeMore Media clients, exclusively. All websites developed can be maintained and hosted when a support contract is established. 2. Marketing - With established relationships in Internet, radio, television and printed publications, SeeMore Media will deliver targeted advertising solutions for your business across multiple media outlets.
